People Power Data is our online course designed for leaders, managers and HR professionals to help develop an understanding of their own data skills needs. This course is a must-have in your professional development journey if you work with employees or teams who use data.

This course is for you if you are involved in building or growing a data literate team. You may be looking to develop an understanding of your organisation’s data skills needs, or actively working to define and source new employees. It is for organisational leaders, HR or recruitment professionals in charge of building data capacity and teams, or any data-curious person looking to improve their data literacy, and understand what best-practice looks like.

The course is not industry-specific and applies to learners across all sectors from anywhere in the world. The course is self-paced and will take approximately 14 hours to complete.

Course fee: The fees for this course in 23/24 are £499 but fully funded places are available through Data Skills for Work (DSW) Data Skills Credits Scheme for SMEs, Social Enterprises and 3rd sector organisations in Edinburgh & South East Scotland. For further information on eligibility and how to apply, click on Apply.
