Training Register Call - short data courses wanted
Data Skills for Work is looking to expand on their growing Training Register of data courses. If you can offer data skills training to learners in Edinburgh and South East Scotland City Region, please read on for different opportunities to work with us
Data Skills for Work is looking for short data courses to add to our Website, Inkpath App, and Register of courses eligible for Data Skills Credits funding. This is a great opportunity to join excellent providers like CodeClan, IDM, The Data Kirk, Code Division, Jumping Rivers, Napier University, Sixth Sense, and others. Adding your courses to our database will increase the reach they have, as well as supporting us on our mission to upskill individuals and organisations to help close the digital skills gap and help make Scotland a data leader on the world stage.
There are two main ways in which you can partner with Data Skills for Work; simply by listing courses with us, or/and joining our Individual and Employer fund Register, to enable eligible learners to access your courses using a £500 upskilling credit administered by us. Either way, we map your course to our Data Skills Framework, to help learners find the right training for them.
So far, Data Skills Credits have funded almost 300 learners in Scotland with people going on to enter new data related jobs, advancing in their current work, or doing further training. Providers listed on our portal are introduced to new cohorts of learners from all backgrounds looking to upskill in data.
